A well-fitting garment makes all the difference. At Clusier, we handle alterations with the same care we put into our custom-made garments. Whether you need to adjust your new purchases or alter a piece from your existing wardrobe, our workshop takes care of everything. Only items purchased at Clusier can be altered. Fees may apply to certain items.
- How long do alterations take?
- The timeline varies depending on the type of alteration and the time of year. You will be given a precise date when you drop off your garment in-store.
- Do you accept garments purchased elsewhere?
- No. We only provide alterations for items purchased at Clusier..
- Do I need an appointment to drop off a garment?
- An appointment is recommended to ensure an advisor is available to assess the alterations with you. You are also welcome to stop by during opening hours.
- Are alterations included with a purchase?
- Yes. Basic alterations are included with all full-price items purchased in-store. A fee applies to all items purchased on sale.
- Can I return an item after it’s altered?
- No. Once a piece is tailored to your specifications, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
