A passionate Anglophile, Valenti deliberately chose an English name for his house, a nod to Anderson &amp; Sheppard, his favourite tailor on Savile Row in London. This meeting of Italian craftsmanship and British sensibility would go on to define the brand&#8217;s identity for decades to come.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anderson&#8217;s at Clusier<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recognize Anderson&#8217;s as the ultimate benchmark for quality Italian belts. In the late 1980s, the house launched its multicoloured woven belt, an innovation that completely changed the game for this sometimes overlooked accessory: available in hundreds of colour combinations, it quickly became the brand&#8217;s recognizable signature. Each belt requires roughly a hundred manufacturing steps, and every high-quality component is carefully chosen to ensure a flawless product.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company remains a family affair, still under the direction of Carlo Valenti&#8217;s descendants. It continues to manufacture exclusively in Parma with about fifty skilled artisans who produce roughly 200,000 belts a year, or about 600 a day, all handmade.
